Collection and processing of personal data

Data Collection

We only collect personal information that you provide to us when you submit forms or send e-mails. The purpose of saving your data is to perform the your desired action and we only save the data as long as they are needed to fulfill our mission to you. You must actively give your consent to the collection of data when you fill out a form on our website or similar. You can subsequently withdraw your consent to the collection of data by contacting us and have your information deleted. You can also request your information corrected if you think we have incorrect data about you.

Our website is available to you whether you choose to provide your personal information or not. The exception is when you want to order something or contact us in any way other than phone. In these cases, we store your personal information in order to contact you or perform a task for you. You will be required to provide active consent for us to store your data for this purpose in this data collection.

Sharing data to third parties

If you fill out a form on the website, your data will be stored in our database at ODERLAND Webbhotell AB (Org.nr: 556680-8746), Östra Hamngatan 50B, 411 09 Göteborg. The purpose of storing the data is to contact you with answers to your questions. Your personal data will not be shared with any third party or used for any purpose other than the reason they were originally collected, without first obtaining consent from you. The only exception is whether we are required by law to provide information to, for example, the police authority. Some data can be stored outside the EU / ESS. In these cases, we only use services that have a personal data protection that is at least equivalent to that of data stored in Sweden.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw your consent to store your personal information. You can also request correction of the information we have about you. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@eposofsweden.com. You also have the right to know what personal information we have stored from you, how we have collected them, what we use them for and who we have shared them with. You are entitled to do this once a year at no charge.

Use of Cookies (Cookies)

We use “cookies”, small text files that are stored on your hard drive when browsing our website. They store information that our website can read the next time you visit.

In your browser you can set up for no cookies to be saved on your computer. Our website also works without cookies, but it may reduce the user experience quality. We inform all visitors on our site that we use cookies.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, which is a Google statistics and analytics service (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).

Google Analytics analyzes how you use our site, including which pages you visit, which page you came from, which browser and operating system you use, your screen resolution and whereabouts (geographically) you visit our site.

The data will be transferred to Google (servers located in the U.S.) where they are analyzed. Google is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield, which means that data processing is safe.

We have activated a feature that makes your IP number anonymous. This means we can not link the statistics we get from Google Analytics to your IP address. The statistics are thus stored, but anonymous.

Embedded content

Our website may contain embedded content from other websites (such as YouTube videos). Embedded content works in the same way as if you visit that other site. This means that these sites can collect information about you, use cookies, embed additional third party tracking and monitor your interaction with embedded content. If you are logged on to an account like Youtube, your interaction with the embedded content can also be tracked.
