Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering products. By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. All prices are in Swedish crowns and include taxes. All goods remain Epos of Sweden’s property until full payment is made. All fraud attempts are reported to the police. Epos of Sweden reserves the right to cancel any order if fraud is suspected. We reserve the right for any errors in product description, price and availability.
All personal information you provide us or that are obtained during you visit to our website will be handled by Epos of Sweden as responsible for the personal information. The personal information will only be used in order for us to fulfill our commitments to you, notify you of special offers related to your interests and other marketing purposes. Cadson Production AB will never share your personal information to any third party without your permission. You have the right to review all personal information that are registered to you. If something is inaccurate, incomplete and irrelevant you have the right to demand that the information is corrected or deleted.
According to this agreement Cadson Production AB are exempted for failure to complete certain obligations if the failure is due to liberating circumstances as explained below and if the circumstances prevents, complicates or delays the fulfilment. Liberating circumstances are to be considered among others; governmental measures, new or changed legislation, conflicts on the labor market, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, accident of a large magnitude or other natural disasters. Force Majeure includes official decisions that negatively affect market and products such as restrictions of indication, warning labels, sales ban, abnormal market decline and if the company is subjected to criminal activities that affect the business.
We charge a fee of € 9 for international shipping regardless of how many items are purchased. If an order contains multiple products with different delivery time the order will be shipped once all items are in stock.
Standard delivery time is 2-7 working days from the day we receive the order. We ship using Posten, Schenker, UPS and DHL and the order is sent to the pickup point closest to the shipping address. A notification will be sent via email or text message once the order is ready to be picked up.

Local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
The warranty for our products is 1 year.
Damages during freight
Once you receive your package you should check if there are any damages to it. If you receive a damaged package you need to report it to us as well as report to the company responsible for the freight within 5 days from the day you received the package. The transport companies require photos of the damage both to the package and the goods so please make sure to properly document the damage.
The customer has the right to return any order within 14 days from the day the order was received as long as it is unused and returned without damage with its original packaging.
